Réno'Mat deeply cleans smooth leather, removing dirt as well as resin or silicone-based deposits. It is an essential step before applying shoe cream or polish, as it opens the leather's pores, allowing the nourishing agents in Saphir products to penetrate the deeper layers of the leather. This deep hydration helps prevent the leather from cracking.

It is particularly recommended for the care of smooth leather, as it is always better to clean the surface rather than simply covering up dirt with recoloring.
